At IPHA, we are committed to requiring our members to maintain the highest ethical and compliance standards. If you have identified a potential breach or issue related to the IPHA Codes, we encourage you to report it.
How to Report an Issue
To ensure we address your concern effectively, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue, including:
- The nature of the concern.
- The parties involved.
- Relevant dates or locations.
- Supporting evidence, if available.
Your complaint will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
While our aim is full transparency, if you are a non-IPHA member and you do not wish to be identified to the company about which you are complaining please let us know. We will consider your request for anonymity BEFORE any contact is made with the company and will liaise directly with you on the matter.

What Happens Next?
Once your report is submitted:

- Review: Our Independent Code Council Chair will thoroughly review your concern
