The medicines.ie CD-ROM 2009/2010 provides information on more than 2000 medicines on the market in Ireland. The information for each product comes in the form of a summary of product characteristics (SPC), which is approved by the Irish Medicines Board and/or the Eurpoean Medicines Agency (EMEA) as part of the process of authorising the product for sale or supply in Ireland.
IFPMA Clinical Trials Portal
The IFPMA Clinical Trials Portal is a single entry point allowing healthcare professionals to search for comprehensive information on on-going clinical trials (registry) or results of completed trials (database) conducted by the international research-based pharmaceutical industry.
Chronic Daily Headache - A Guide for Pharmacy
"Chronic Daily Headache - a Guide for Pharmacy" provides the pharmacy profession with information about chronic daily headache (CDH) and its relationship with overuse of headache medication. It was developed by IPHA in conjunction with the Irish Pharmacy Union and the Migraine Association of Ireland.
